The Branch MSME-Development & Facilitation Office (MSME-DFO), below the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India, organized an ‘Awareness Programme on MSME Competitive (Lean) Scheme’ on nineteenth February 2025, on the Conference Hall, Directorate of Industries, Sri Vijaya Puram. The occasion was held in collaboration with the Industries Department, A&N Administration, and with the help of assorted trade associations.
The programme aimed to coach entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs about Lean instruments and strategies designed to reinforce productiveness, effectivity, and competitiveness. Key points coated included lowering wastage in processes, bettering stock administration, optimizing house utilization, and minimizing power consumption.
Mr. G.K. Sinha, Assistant Director In-charge, Branch MSME-DFO, delivered an in depth presentation on numerous MSME schemes out there to companies. This was adopted by an in-depth technical session on Lean Manufacturing Techniques and its implementation, carried out by Mr. J.K. Singh, Joint Director, National Productivity Council, Patna.
