Under the Inclusive Education element of Samagra Shiksha, the Block Project Office (BPO), Rangat will organise an Identification and Assessment Camp for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) to facilitate early identification, complete evaluation, incapacity certification, and entry to varied welfare schemes and assist companies.
The camp will probably be held on the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium, Rangat on July 31, and at Government Senior Secondary School (GSSS), Kadamtala on August 1.
A multidisciplinary crew comprising medical specialists, rehabilitation professionals, academic and vocational evaluation specialists, and representatives from ALIMCO will conduct the evaluation. Eligible kids can even obtain help for Disability Certification, enrolment for the Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card, and registration beneath the NIRAMAYA Health Insurance Scheme.
Parents and guardians have been requested to make sure the bodily presence of the kid throughout the evaluation. Beneficiaries have been suggested to convey the required paperwork, together with the Disability Certificate (if accessible) or enrolment particulars, UDID Card or UDID enrolment receipt, Aadhaar Card of the kid (necessary), Income Certificate issued inside the final two months (for households with a month-to-month revenue not exceeding ₹22,500), two passport-size pictures, and Ration Card or BPL Card for NIRAMAYA enrolment, wherever relevant.
