The CD Block Diglipur organised a block-level coaching programme on constructing ladies’s management in rural governance on the Conference Hall of Gram Panchayat Subashgram on December 20.
Centred on the theme of Gram Sabha participation and decision-making, the coaching sought to strengthen the management expertise of Elected Women Representatives (EWRs), Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).
Addressing the members, BDO M. Rajendra Kumar underscored the essential function ladies play within the socio-economic material of rural communities. BPM Ranjita Kabiraj outlined the aims of the initiative and careworn the necessity for extra energetic feminine voices in local-level governance.
Technical periods had been performed by C. Vijaya, Domain Expert from the Directorate of RD, PRIs & ULBs, adopted by interactive discussions and a suggestions session.
