The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Kolkata Bench, will maintain a Circuit Sitting at Port Blair from April 28 to May 2, 2025.
During the sitting, recent functions will even be accepted. Departments concerned in pending CAT circumstances have been suggested to get in contact with the Government Pleader or Panel Advocates properly prematurely. They have been requested to supply all related paperwork and an in depth briefing to make sure that the federal government counsel is totally ready to defend the circumstances.
Additionally, Heads of Departments have been instructed to direct their respective Nodal Officers to be current on the Tribunal on the day of the listening to. The officers should carry all vital paperwork to help the Government Pleader or Panel Advocate throughout proceedings. (Story Based on PR)
