In observance of the World Day Against Child Labour, a compelling consciousness programme and rally was organized by CRY (Child Rights and You) at Sri Vijaya Puram on Tuesday. The initiative, led by Mrs. Farida Bibi and her crew, sought to make clear the urgent challenge of kid labour and reinforce the significance of each little one’s proper to training.
The occasion was graced by Ms. Zarina Bibi, Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), ICDS Urban Project below the Department of Social Welfare, who attended because the chief visitor and led the rally. Her participation drew appreciable consideration and motivated energetic neighborhood involvement.
More than 120 individuals—together with college students, dad and mom, volunteers, and native residents—joined the rally, carrying banners and elevating slogans to unfold consciousness concerning the dangerous impression of kid labour.
