As a part of preparations for the upcoming International Day of Yoga, the AYUSH Wing of the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), in collaboration with the A&N State Ayush Society underneath the National AYUSH Mission, will organise a Free Yoga Summer Camp for youngsters.
The camp is aimed toward selling a wholesome life-style and enhancing bodily and psychological well-being amongst youngsters within the age group of 6 to 12 years. It will likely be performed from May 2 to May 30, 2026, on the Yoga Unit of AYUSH Hospital, Junglighat.
Yoga periods will likely be held day by day from 10 AM to 11 AM, offering members a possibility to be taught primary yoga practices, enhance flexibility, and construct wholesome habits at an early age.
