The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, has introduced a quick reopening of the applying portal for the National Overseas Scholarship (NOS) Scheme 2025-26, aimed toward supporting college students from deprived communities in pursuing larger schooling overseas.
The scheme empowers college students from Scheduled Castes, De-Notified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, Landless Agricultural Labourers, and Traditional Artisans to pursue Master’s and Ph.D. levels at universities ranked inside the prime 500 within the QS World University Rankings.
While the preliminary utility window ran from March 19 to April 27, 2025, the Ministry has now allowed a correction window from April 29 to May 2, 2025. During this era, candidates who’ve already submitted their functions will be capable to make obligatory corrections.
Applicants are suggested to go to the official NOS portal at http://nosmsje.gov.in earlier than May 2, 2025, to replace their functions if wanted.
