The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was noticed with nice enthusiasm at Abbhyuday Complex, Ferrargunj underneath the Directorate of Social Welfare. The programme aimed to recognise the skills and contributions of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and lift consciousness on their rights and well-being.
Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Director of Social Welfare, graced the occasion because the chief visitor.
