Distinctive Consciousness Drive by Police at Car Nicobar

On ninth January 2023, the workers of PS Car Nicobar led by SI JR Krishna and SI Panchu performed a singular consciousness programme. The officers with their workers marched within the Headquarter space of Car Nicobar, walked into totally different retailers and interacted with the general public to unfold consciousness on the implications of drunken driving, the ailing results of illicit liquor, the modus operandi of some frequent monetary frauds, risks of triple driving on motorbikes, the significance of following site visitors guidelines and prevention of suicides.

The workers throughout the march interacted with many members of most people and the buying and selling group and handed on the message to create consciousness and stop some frequent petty crimes that the police has to cope with continuously.

The common public and members of the buying and selling group appreciated the efforts of the workers of PS Car Nicobar. 

One outstanding member of the buying and selling group of Car Nicobar whereas talking to Nicobar Times stated, ‘such interaction of Police Officials with the general public helps in building confidence and will reduce the fear among individuals in seeking help from police whenever needed’.

Interaction and pleasant relations between the police and the general public helps in stopping crime and sustaining the regulation and order in society. Citizen Friendly initiatives by the police ought to be appreciated and inspired.
